Written Complaints

A written complaint may be submitted:

1. in person at the business premises
2. by post:

SUTON GRUPA d.o.o. will without delay confirm receipt of a written complaint in writing.

We will respond to a received written complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt and will clearly state whether we accept that the complaint is well-founded.

Records of written complaints are kept on a durable medium in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

Pisani prigovori

Pisani prigovor može se podnijeti:

1. osobno u poslovnim prostorijama
2. poštom:

   Hrvatska
3. elektroničkom poštom: lucicpavo@yahoo.com

SUTON GRUPA d.o.o. će bez odgađanja pisanim putem potvrditi primitak pisanog prigovora.

Na zaprimljeni pisani prigovor odgovorit ćemo u pisanom obliku najkasnije u roku od 15 dana od dana zaprimanja prigovora te ćemo se jasno izjasniti prihvaćamo li osnovanost prigovora.

Evidencija pisanih prigovora čuva se na trajnom mediju u skladu s važećim propisima Republike Hrvatske.
